Ever since the Nintendo Labo was announced, there have been two types of reactions that we usually hear. The first is “Wow, this is extremely amazing”.  The second one is “It’s just a piece of cardboard”. The Nintendo Labo comes with software (Worth $60) and the cardboard set (Worth $10 to $20) depending on the type of kit you want. So, it’s a little bit expensive if you think about it as just cardboard. 

The number of dollars you spend on buying the “cardboard” might seem quite steep but the cardboard that Nintendo puts out is much better than what you could do yourself in most cases. 

If you don’t want to spend your money on “cardboard” you can actually give the Labo a try by yourself. They are easy to make; just grab any box and begin.
